Many years ago the Pittsburgh Press had a restaurant critic known only as the Phantom Diner. They would visit a restaurant anonymously and conduct a review unbeknownst to the owners or staff until the review was published in the paper. We seek to bring back the most genuine way to experience a food review without payment or influence from the establishment. You will get a non-biased review of local restaurants, diners, breweries and wineries in the greater Pittsburgh area and maybe a few others along the way.
We can't be bought, we cant be bribed, we can't be influenced. You will never know when we will show up. We might be here right now. Yinz better watch out!
